Mr. Sandeep Sakhare is a seasoned Computer Engineer and Education Expert with over 15 years of experience in education, skill development and workforce training. His passion for empowering youth inspired the establishment of Sharanprabha Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha in alignment with the Government of India's Skill India Mission.

Under his leadership, the organization has successfully expanded from a few technical sectors into a multidisciplinary skill development institution delivering training across urban, semi-urban and rural Maharashtra while creating employment opportunities for thousands of aspiring youth.

He has played a vital role in designing and implementing Government-sponsored training initiatives including PMKVY, NSDC projects and various State Skill Development programmes. His expertise also extends to curriculum development, education planning and behavioural training focused on workplace readiness.

With an ambitious vision to skill and employ 1.5 million people by 2030, he continues to lead the organization towards innovation, quality education and sustainable social impact.

Mr. Santosh Patil is a dynamic management professional with an MBA from Pune and more than 13 years of experience in skill development, capacity building and implementation of large-scale Central and State Government projects.

He has successfully planned and executed numerous skill development initiatives from conception to completion, maintaining an outstanding 80% placement rate. His expertise includes strategic planning, financial management, partner development and adapting training programs to evolving industry requirements.

Under his leadership, over 30,000 students have been trained through flagship Government schemes such as PMKVY, PKMUA, NULM and DPC. He has established valuable collaborations with NSDC and Sector Skill Councils including ESSCI, FISCI, B&WSSC and MEPSC.

Known for his leadership, communication and team-building skills, Mr. Patil ensures every project is delivered with quality, transparency and measurable impact while creating employment opportunities for thousands of young aspirants.

Project Management, NSDC, PMKVY, NULM & Government Liaison.

Mr. Sachin Lavangi is a Computer Science graduate who joined Sharanprabha Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha in 2015 as Project Head. He has successfully managed numerous Government of India sponsored skill development initiatives including PMKVY, PMKUY and other employment-oriented training programmes.

He has established strong affiliations with NSDC and various Sector Skill Councils such as ESSCI, FISCI, B&WSSC and MEPSC while contributing significantly towards business expansion, strategic planning, sector development and partner acquisition.

Mr. Lavangi works closely with Government Ministries, State Departments and Sector Skill Councils to ensure smooth project implementation. His expertise in stakeholder management and operational planning has enabled successful execution of flagship initiatives including NULM (EST&P), DPC and PMKUVA across Maharashtra.

A dedicated leader and project strategist, he focuses on resource management, quality assurance, risk mitigation and timely execution of every project, ensuring measurable outcomes and sustainable community impact.
